SMS Consent
Guardian Angel Timer is a personal safety app. During account setup, users may check a box to expressly opt in to receive automated SMS messages, including one-time verification codes, safety timer notifications, and emergency alerts.
Consent is collected with an unchecked checkbox that the user must affirmatively tap before any text message is sent. The screenshot below reproduces the checkbox and its label exactly as they appear in the app:
