By creating an account or using Guardian Angel Timer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Guardian Angel Timer is a harm-reduction tool, not a replacement for emergency services. In a medical emergency, you should call 911 or your local emergency number immediately. The app cannot guarantee that alerts will be delivered, that a contact will respond, or that help will arrive in time.
You must create an account and provide accurate information to use the safety timer. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Guardian Angel Timer only for lawful personal safety purposes. You may not misuse the alert system, attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with the app's operation.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain control over your personal data and may delete it from the app at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app owner and operators are not liable for any harm, injury, or damages arising from your use of Guardian Angel Timer, including missed alerts, delayed notifications, or inaccurate medical information. You use the app at your own risk.
During account signup, you may check a box to expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Guardian Angel Timer relating to safety timers and emergency alerts. These include one-time verification codes, test messages, safety timer notifications, and automated emergency alerts sent to your designated emergency contacts when a safety timer expires. Consent is not a condition of using the app or of purchasing any goods or services, and Guardian Angel Timer is provided free of charge. We record the date and time your consent was given.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of non-emergency messages, and reply HELP for support, or contact us through the app. You can also manage your SMS messaging consent at any time in the app Settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
